Texas Wing Cadet Training & Education Program (CTEP)

The Cadet Training and Education Program (CTEP) is made up of three different leadership schools designed to assist cadets as they progress through the cadet program. These courses give cadets both the knowledge and skills to lead cadets at their level of responsibility. These courses are no longer tied to Region Cadet Leadership School (RCLS) credit but remain core to Texas Wing’s vision for cadet leadership development. The Training Leaders of Cadets courses are the premiere venue for Cadet Programs Officers to learn how to become better mentors to cadets and how to become effective managers of cadet/composite squadrons. The basic and intermediate courses will be offered. TLC students and staff may stay offsite, but must notify activity leadership for accountability. It will be mandatory to be onsite during the training day.
Registration Zone Information
REGISTER FOR ALL CLASSES IN REGISTRATION ZONE HERE. You must choose the correct “sub-event” class from the main CTEP event. Payment will not be collected at the time of registration. Registration closes at 2359 on Sunday, 15 March. Students will be notified once accepted and officially slotted for the course, anticipated date of slotting is 18 March. With that email notification, payment instructions will be sent and payment will be due no later than 1 April.
