Arrival and Departure:

*STAFF must arrive between 1300-1400 (1pm-2pm CST) on
*Friday, 27 December at the MISSILE GATE.
210 Missile Rd, Sheppard AFB, TX (Wichita Falls, Texas)
*Arrive on time in ABU uniform.

*Students must arrive between 1300-1400 (1pm-2pm CST) on
*Sunday, December 29 at the MISSILE GATE.

*Arrive on time in ABU uniform.

*Graduation begins promptly at 1100 (11am) on Saturday, January 4.
*Parents should arrive around 1000 (10am) for graduation.
*Information will be emailed out from Encampment regarding gate and graduation location on base. (Weather will determine indoor vs outdoor graduation.)
*Students will be dismissed after Graduation, which should be no later than 1200 (noon).
*Staff will be dismissed once buildings are cleared by the base, hopefully no later than 1300.

Required Materials:

Form 60-81 with parent signature (squadron commander signature not required)
Form 163 with parent signature
See packing list on the right side of the page
Bring cold-weather gear (coat, gloves, beanie/fleece cap, etc.)
