Group Activities
Overview
Airman Leadership Schools are group-led activities designed to introduce cadets to the CAP Cadet Program. In this one to three-day school, cadets gain hands-on experience with practical followership and leadership skills that they will use throughout their cadet careers. Attending an ALS is also a great way to prepare for the week-long encampment, and to improve the efficiency of cadet and senior staff.
See the side panel on the left (or menu on mobile devices) for the webpages associated with Airman Leadership Schools, NCO Schools and other upcoming Group cadet activities.
