Group Activities
Overview
Airman Leadership Schools are group-led activities designed to introduce cadets to the CAP Cadet Program. In this one to three-day school, cadets gain hands-on experience with practical followership and leadership skills that they will use throughout their cadet careers. Attending an ALS is also a great way to prepare for the week-long encampment, and to improve the efficiency of cadet and senior staff.

If you would like your event to be posted, please provide an operations plan, a budget (with details about how your students and staff will pay), a transparent staff application process, the exact verbiage that you want posted to the page, and at minimum 90 days notice of the event. Please send this information to jane.smalley@txwg.cap.gov.
